Function myPanel.add is undefined for Papagayo Lip Sync script

Hi,

I found a script for AE that converts a Papagayo cue sheet into sequenced layers for producing lip sync animation. The two sources I have seen it on claim that it is compatible with CS6. But it does not  work for me.

When I attempt to run it I get an error on line 201: "Function myPanel.add is undefined"

This is line 201

var DatButton = myPanel.add("button", [110, 10, 180, 40], "Load .dat");

Why would that line be "undefined"?
